The Role:
Vesto is looking for an account executive who will work very closely with the Founder/CEO, helping lead the revenue function and building out processes and foundations for a successful sales and GTM motion. The role will form a critical part of our core team and overall strategy over the next phase of Vesto’s growth.
What you’ll do:
- Drive revenue for Vesto, own the entire sales process end-to-end: from sourcing leads, running sales calls and product demos to working closely with the investment team and negotiating contracts
- Help build the playbook and define our sales motion - figure out how to open new sales/GTM channels that drive users to Vesto
- Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers on our products, features, and use cases
- Have a ruthless focus on results - pipeline generation, revenue, and forecast accuracy, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystem
- Relay product feedback to our engineering and product teams, to continue shaping the product roadmap to ensure we deliver the highest value to our customers
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full cycle closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Strong finance knowledge and domain expertise, or willingness to learn; experience selling financial services/software
- Ability to discuss Vesto’s value proposition with C-level executives, finance teams, and decision-makers
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
